Q: I don't already have any artwork, what do I do?
A: That's no problem, we'll be happy to help with the designing.
Q: What types of artwork do you accept?
A: We accept the following file formats: .ai, .eps, .psd, .tif & .jpg. Artwork should be submitted at 300 dpi and at actual print size up to 14"x18".
Q: I don't know what garment style I want, how do I choose?
A: Visit our apparel catalog.
Q: I can't wait the standard 10 day turnaround for my apparel.
A: We offer a 6 day rush for an additional fee of 20% of the total order.
Q: What are your minimums?
A: Apparel we try to do a 12 piece minimum. The less the quantity is, the higher price per piece. The higher the quantity, the lower the price is per piece.
A: Printed Items (decals/graphic items) have a minimum, quantities depends on the item.
A: Signage and die-cut vinyl graphics has no minimum.
Q: How long will it take my order to be completed?
A: Screen Printing - average 7-10 days. Large orders may take longer.
A: Printed Items - turnaround times vary depending on item.
Q: How and when do I pay for my order?
A: A 50% deposit required for walk-in local orders. Balance required at time of pick-up.
A: All shipping orders are required a 100% payment before work is started.
